I do differ from what Mr. Premji has said. I do not want to discount his experience but I feel, unless and until we start innovating ourselve, looking for ideas ouurselve, we will still be dependent on our so called "Customers" to provide us the ideas.
In turn, I opine that we have to reverse this trend. It has to be us providing inovative ideas, inovating new ways of doing things thereby adding value to our services.
