Due to holistic inflation in the country it is imperative that we go for 6th pay commission.It is the salaried class that contribute the max to the revenue earning of the govt.This emphasises the necessity of the same.

Hi,
According to me, the hike in salary should solely on the basis of performance, which is necessary to motivate hardworking people. More than 80% of our government employees are corrupt. for eg:- It's impossible to get your property registration done without paying bribe (at least any where in Mumbai and Thane). In such a corrupt condition do you believe the salary should be hiked of these Corrupt people, who are responsible for backwardness of our country. If you are comparing Private companies with Government companies, there is major difference in commitment towards work.
