sir, i am central gov employee. sir in this pay commission the basic pay should notr have this much difference between officers and clerk. pay should increase but keeping consideration of all the requirements and expenses of the normal public. by increasing the salary of a group officers much u r not giving pressure of government economy u r incresing discrimination betwwn officers and workers. so mentalling gets changes and it affects the work culture. the salary should be incresed but the the diffrence should not be much. altimetly lower class face the problem of all. so pse do sume clean judgement and pass a even bill for all. thanks
