Bravo Congress!

Where is all the reform friendliness of the Congress and its inspirational leadership now?Obviously even if the new pay commission makes any noises about downsizing government, that part will never be implemented...what will increase for sure will be the wage bill of the government.Who is to be held responsible for opening up this Pandora's box? This time with the 'honourable'PM having made the announcement,Congress sympathisers can't even take the old route of blaming the left for all the populist economic decisions by the UPA government.

How many employees in govt. service is sincere and hard working. Almost 80% are hardly working. Are they public friendly? Do they believe in ROI. I am not against for a raise in salary for govt employees if the employment rules also to changed like MNC. as non-performers can be thrown out. 80% of the job in govt service are done by 20% of the people, only because of that 20% things are getting done.
