Sir, The Engineers especially Computers and Electronics engineers should get at least a starting scale of Rs.8000 onwards.All engineers are paid much more in Public sectors/Private sectors.Like BSNL pays around 9750/- starting for BE Electronics.If attention is not given to this,one day will come when no Engineer would want to join Govt. and there are increased chances of brain drain from our country.Please consider paying higher scales to Engineers.Even doctors are getting so good scales.Why not engineers,Please.
