Government should lookafter only internal and external security and all the other infrastructural activities be given on Built Operate and Transfer basis.
So there will not be any liabilities on Govrerment side. As all efferts and revenues goes in collections. So the whole machinery is of no use.

hi, Welcome the 6th pay commission, but stop comparing the pay with IT peoples. A fresh call centre guy earns nearly 10,000, but think, he starts his work in the evening time and he is working the whole night for this salary. It spoils his health. But he is working for the money. Today a software guy is working atleast 14 hrs a day. Will these things possible with Govt. servants. So plz don't compare the unmatched things. There was a period when Govt. employees were earning very high than Pvt. employees. Does anyone discussed about this... So itz the next period
