Sir, I am a Soldier of Indian Army . and pay of a soldier is very low . Because toaday soldier is very Educated and qualified in all works ( computer , arms ,driving ,physically and he can talk in english ) on all ocassion, If he wants to earn money in call center he can more 3 times by army pay But he can leave Army . Today 13000 officrs are diffi in army u know what is the reason only one the pay scale of a soldier is very low if he will do eng , computer ,or join MBA he will earn more and no hard work like army and no 24 hours duty no leave his family and friends it is not for all officers but soldiers also. because they are hard worker as a private servent so i hope this pay commission will think about soldiers thnks yours Sep Lalit Kumar
