Sir, I am a soldier serving in Armed forces since last 17 yrs. Don't you think the soldier's at lower ranks are getting payment to full their family's stomach only. They can't afford good studies for their children's, they can't afford money to leave a high standard in their life. A soldier's who has served for 17 yrs and married, having two children's is getting a basic of Rs 4320/-. Where as a higher rank who have a one month of service is getting a basic payment of more than Rs 9000/-. I even can't understand why their is difference in payment of various risk allowance (from Rs 3000 to Rs 7000) for a same area/place/department between the ranks. It is understood that basic may be seprate but why the risk allowances. When they all are exposed to same risk.Not only here but for other civil central employees there average baisc begins from 3000 to maximum 40000/-. Don't you feel this is a big and huge payment difference structure. A rich will become rich only and poorer becomes poorer only. Today's soldier's are equipped with better equipment. Today they are highly qualified, have good and sound knowledge then the past, they have to work in the extrem adverse conditions/climate staying away from their families for almost 10 months in a year. So think all these points prior to fixing this pay commission

sir same problem to me and my all brothers of soldiers sir my basic is now 3500 - total gross 8451 but net in hand 5701 sir 2000 wife and me 2000 father and mother 1000 house rent in case sudden medical emergence in the middle of the month what can do i sir ??????? and please sudden checking if any paramilitary force like example ITBP in families minimum 100/- not available so please think 10000 time and take a good decision on salaries
