If Govt. is sitting on cash booty why is budget deficit there. Why does finance minister has to come up with silly taxes? And why does PM says they don't have money for Rural Employment scheme? How can Govt. pay a person if he can be held accountable for his work? Unless accountability and efficiency is brought in the Govt. Jobs, India will keep on bleeding.
