Sir, Presently Govt offering 12 yrs ACP. In this indl will get payment of the next grade but not the grade, instead of that better give ACP for every 7 years, not just payment but give him the grade also and he should be posted where required. I mean the indl has to get not only financial benefit, but he has to give the performance also.
