People say that BPO jobs are eyewash...its a bubble that'll burst...its bad..no one should take it...imagine if we did not have call centers...if u had problem with ur phone u cannot call anywhere...if u have any internet problem u cannot call any tech support...same goes with many other products...so its not that BPO jobs are bad..its just we need to work on them to make them better...
