I find the situtaion other way round. On many flights & on many sectors I find lots of seats vacant. The last minute buyer has to pay more & so he avoids going by air. Some ways & means to be found out to sold last minute vacant seats at chaepest rates so that air lines can generate some additional revenues. This can be done by posting on internet the vacant no of seats & with minimum bid or offering the existing passengers additional tickets at low price so that they can take their spouse, children or friends with them. Upgrading to higher class for vacnat seats in exe class & offering economy class for sale is another option. Ways & means to be found out to bokk the flight full always.
