Dear Mr Kamath Most of your employees-especially the young ones have no idea what banking is about.They promise a lot to customers,but their delivery is poor.Your bank is technoligically advanced,but a lot is depends on manpower which will make or mar a organisation.With your high turnover of manpower,it is more so needed.Few people like you at the top are good,but it needs to come down to sustain.Hope ICICI will focus more on teaching banking to employees-not only selling.
