i have barclay credit card more than six months.i have paid 15000rs thru cheque in jan2008.in feb i got new stratement but that amount was no where.i contacted the bank,they told me that your amount has been to someone else's account,then i have got the call from barclay they told me to pay 4700rs in feb and promised me that if you pay this amount we will send you your latest statement with clearance of all dues in april,but no action.i am continously getting the call from their recovery agents.i told them that atleast i need to know how much amount i have to pay.they have their outstanding with them but my amount is no where which i have paid.i am begging that please update my account with the money which i have paid.they told me to send my bank statement.i sent them a copy of my bank acount 3 time,then they replied that my account has been permanently closed due to non payment.i am just traumatized that instead of solving the problem the customer problem they closed my account.i have never deined for the payment.i spoke with cust care to contact some bank exe.they told me that they dont have any bank branch where i can go and meet someone regarding my problem.i am just stuck with the barclay card.if i dont pay the amount obnvisiouly they will add my name is defaulter list.plz help me out and tell me that what should i do to get rid of this problem
