hi am using hsbc credit card for over 2 years now and have made all my paymets in full on or before the due date ..but in the last month they have charged me with rs.750/- as late payment charges approx rs 2000/- as other charges ..my due date is on 27th of each month and i dropped the cheque on the 26th of nov 09, but bcos of holidays in between the che got cleared only on the 1st of dec 09, and they are not willing to cut the charges . need help as to what can be done ?? shud a complaint be given ?? pls advise on the same or some website add which wud be of help thanks regards luv shah 9820127793
