With due regards I would like to look into this matter:
In the month of February 2007, I took a SBI Credit Card being constantly persisted by a SBI Card agent. No sooner I got the card I got a call from %u201CRoyal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company%u201D for their Health Insurance plan, I listened the whole plan on the phone, the caller asked my family details, I asked him to come over to discuss the plan, instead a week after a received a whole kit of health insurance. During this period, my mother got seriously ill; she was hit by %u201CBrain-Hammeorhage%u201D. She was in hospital the entire following month March, 2007, As I am the only bread-maker in my family, I was acutely busy the whole march. I couldn%u2019t get time to open that kit, despite of my efforts I couldn%u2019t save her and she left us on April 29, 2007. Weeks after I managed to handle my home and office affairs, when I opened that kit I was amazed to see that they had given us the insurance, there were four plastic cards on which the names and DOB of my family members were written, there was a Form indicating that if we wish to opt for that Insurance Policy, we should Fill the form immediately, paste the photographs and send it back. As I was not convinced by the policy I ignored it.
I was again taken back, when I saw my Credit Card statement dated 17th March 2007, which reflected dues of 7960.25 indicating the various admin charges and the premium of the insurance company. The insurance Comp
