I got the statement showing, that my wife utilized additional card for the payment of IDEA Mumbai. This statement was received by me around by 3rd week of Dec 2007. Immediately I informed SBI cards that perticular transaction is not done by me. Later even dispute form also was sent to them duly filled in around by Mid Jan 2008 as per their requirement. But till today the case is not resolved & every month I am getting statement adding interest on it for non payment. I have asked them (SBI cards)many questions about this transaction but they have not answered a single one. Want to make complain to RBI please advice.
