Sir, I am SBI card holder.with repeated calling to customer care,and mailing to head sbi cards I have sent my complaint to banking Lokpal at Bhopal address on 05/08/08 by registry mail vide RT No.RL A 2494.But there is no response from their side.Whom should I contact now to resolve my credit card problem.Because as I think RBI is only institution above all of the Banks.If they are not suppose to listen my problem,then should I die. Pls. On the reserve bank of india website you will find the baning obudsmen details, pls take this up this them.
