Dear Sir, I have a credit card from Standard Chartered bank. The bank is charging me a premium for insurance cover without my consent. It is not clear from the statement that the amount charged is premium for insurance. I only realized this when I called to inquire about the amount which appeared in the statement this month as I had a single transaction this month. I have asked the bank to retune my money. Bank says I have given consent for the insurance on phone. I have not given any consent to do so. Will you please help me to get back the premium which Standard Chartered Bank has charged me with out my consent?
