This is in reference to Card account of Jaya Arora where we have approx outstanding of 34000 which as communicated by your collection Representative can be settled in two equal instalments.
Our request is to settle this amount in six months as my wife is not working as she was doing few months back due to which our household income has gone down.As per him this will now be settled in court which is more of a threat voice then normal process.
Request to you is to help us out since we genuinely want to pay this amount rather then getting It process of litigation which will cost more then what the amount actually is.
