Hello friends Is this is right that only 1st class student r the best one ,what about other those who do extra work in college and have less mark in exams.I think that u should give chance to all engineers that have year clear,check ability of that person education,mental,thinking,ideas etc... okay thanks vishwas final year student Electronic and telecommmunication JNEC
