How Infy grooms future leaders

There is surely something that Infy does to keep the spotlight on itself. It does portray to be an organization completely built and maintained on grandfather-advice, honesty, integrity, principles, idealism etc. If that were so true, India must have had a society that was more trustworthy and not one so corrupt for countries that learnt civilization from us to comment on so easily.

There are a few things that come out glaringly and surely need more extrapolation and understanding:
1. Why would a company give a 5 star culture to its' employees without a cause, customer's realize that this is make-do and outside the real india is different.
2. They have an amazing number of doctorates and ivy league schoolers but seem to doing just what other IT services companies do, why do they need so many jewels to glitter when they are still just as much as other IT service providers? More sheen to glitter just as much?
3. Why would someone give away all he has painstakingly built at the peak? Daughters these days are given away sadly, but with lots of fanfare and after determining status of the to-be-husband, so it is no more just a "dhaanam", it is more of a market.
