The govt should open special IIMs and IITs to educate the OBCs and the SC/STs. The quota was supposed to be only for 10 years. But it is going to be forever as long as the politicians are on this earth. In the last 50 years no SC/ST or OBC politicaian has become poorer but the SC/ST or OBC general population continues to be poor.
After the quota people pass out from the IITs and IIMs etc, they should be given an amount of Rs. 2 crore each so that they would not have to work. Keep the money in SBI - which is a PSU and give them 2% interest more than the prevailing market rate. But please make sure none of the offspings of the quota people again come back to the govt for more help in terms of quota in educational institutions or jobs.
