Poor managerial skills of managers in all BPO's. Specially in HCL BPO is killing all their employees. 70% of all the employess are suffering from health issues and even in ba health people expect you to come to office, people are aware there are so many things which happens verbally in an organisation which doesn't have any accountability. BPo sucks. I am never gonna join it again. see BPO people what kind of results u r getting because of your reluctant managerial commitments.
