There is nothing new in knowing that we are living in a corrupt society/ polity. It is simply a matter of 'opportunity and chance'. People, even educated people openly give and take bribe (at railway counters), steal water and electricity (by damaging meters), not attending their assigned duties for which they get fat salary from public fund, etc., etc.,.
