Tax on Fringe benefits
by P M Jacob on Mar 22, 2005 02:02 PM   Permalink

As such the Govt has no Social Security Schemes. Now it looks like the Govt wants to disccourage the Private Employers also from giving any Social Security Schemes such as Pension Schemes , Superannuation schemes etc to their employees, by putting tax on the benefits given to emplyees.

Besides, the Govt is helpless in unearthing the black money. So they keep taxing the employed class.
