I am working with Pvt ltd company from Mumbai, India...& As per the current process my company is deducting some amount per month from my salary under FBT...
Is that OK & legal or not...I thing this should pay by the company & not me...
Pls let me know if anybody have idea about this...

Hi, u r saying that u r company is deducting some amount every month from u r salary under FBT. in this context i want to tell u that FBT is the liability of the Employer.if they r deduting this from u r salary then their is problem. it is possible that perhaps they deducting TDS by ur salary to save there FBT.
