Dear Readers, I feel this success is now making him so busy that he is not aware what his customers are facing. My car broke down 6 days back,I am not getting any resolution for my car, their dealer saying they are not having any communication from TATA, Tata is saying TVS(24x7 TATA Assistance) is responsible they are talking to them. End of the day my question is "I have purchased TATA car, so am I concerned about dealer or TVS?" No clarity when will get my car in good condition when left in hands of TATA Assitance.
I feel now TATA is not following lines of JMD TATA....
