The article is impressive..but the organisation seems to be in doldrums..no customercare undertaken post receipt of payment..If this trend continues..be sure one yr from now..customers will pull it down to trash and spam...it is a heartfelt comment from me...with the experience am going through..with naukri resume development services and its inefficient staff..

Yes Totally agreed, presently I too have same issue rather I can even worst thatn what you have written . but who will listen this CEO don't think he has any mechanism to or time to ready feedback and take action
