Premji owns about 87% of the company. 8 founders of Infosys own about 24% of the company and other Infosions own a good chunck. What this does is it builds the morale of the employees working in the company.
.....and that is why you don't see top guns leaving Infosys. Can you imagine Nandan leaving Infosys because he had conflict of intrest with Dinesh?
Knowing Premji, This is not the first time he is seeing this and definitely not the last time. But he knows how to handle these kinda of situations. But in a long run this is not good for Wipro. How many Sootha's or Paul's can you find out there? Not Many.

Absolutely right ! Soota was replace by almost an equal.. Paul has no replacement. Dunno what the most of the people at the top right now have achieved besides working 20 + yrs at Wipro..
