it was a nice piece of article, timely for the current scenario.
One thing I may add is that "talent" is available with each individual. It is in "latent" form. In many cases it is the good bosses who knows how to tap one's talent. Therein lies the success story.
Even for Hanuman, his talent was not known to him. Only when others pointed out his capability, he was able to cross the Ocean in one leap !.
So in this regard, a Boss or a Manager or Teacher plays vital role in identifying one's talent for the betterment of the society.
This I realised on my personal life. For information I started my career as a Stenographer with M/s. Ashok Leyland and switched over to Internal Audit in the same Organisation. At that time, I was fortunate to have Mr Mohanakrishnan who headed the IA Team and he was one of the best person known to tap the talents in each individual. When I asked for advice he simply said donot worry. Use two - Logic and Common Sense and scope of the audit "sky is the limit". These three words motivated me and I am still successful in my career and even got awards from the top brass.
