cont.... we had to take calls for 6 hrs and for the rest of the 2 hrs we will assist the team leader in making cab arrangements, learning how to make future startergies, managing our own team of 4-5 agents. I was very excited to achieve this designation. I worked my **s of to maintain the performance and metrices as the competetion was tough. Eventually I was eligible to apply for that post. The whole process of selection looked very sophisticated. We were even interviewd by the Director of the process. In the end I was selected and I was one of the 10 people chosen from 650 agents. But the fate had something else in store for me. None of us were given those responsibilities. None of us were allowed to do anything extra other than calling. Sadly my profile remained same.I didn't learnt anything new in my 1 year stint as being a Sr rep. When I complained to the manager he just shrugged of by saying that the company has decided to put that thing on hold for "some" time. When I asked uptill when, he said he dodn't know.But he said that we have to continue doing the same work and sadly again my profile remained the same even after putting a brilliant performance.
