You are very right on what is going to happen. But the reason is half true. There is another reason behind this globalization what happened to central america in automobile industry and other BPO opportunities , it is going to happen to india. And in a way that is want the masterminds behind globalization intend to see happen.
They want to have human computers without brains. So called technical people become under skilled as soon as their job is autmated. Thus the people need career change as it happens now in USA ( on average 4-5 careers fpor an average person. A school teacher also works in walmart to support family income.
