We have two types of bosses in India. One Govt. bosses and the other private sector bosses. In all types of discussion relating bosses, generally private sectors bosses are covered. But Govt. sector bosses may be more harmful by keeping all works attached to himself. Most of the govt. sectors are non-performer at present days activities, as most govt. bosses keep all important works to himself and to his favourites who can offer extra benefit to boss than extra service to public. As such bosses have direct linkages to superior bosses and polticians, the good juniors usually suffers silently and ultimately honest workers are levelled as useless and non-performer. This problem should be addressed by PM or CM. But nobody, even emloyyee union dare to raise the issue in the fear of losing his govt. job for nothing. So no complain and no discussion for govt. bosses and so the sector is losing grip day by day. Ninenty- nine percent of govt bosses,including, army, administration and judiciary are selffish and now only self-fish govt. servants can attain high position irrespective of his ability and quality.Many flatteres are running the Govt.through backdoor and this should be stopped .
