How politically incorrect to have the title "Chairman" following the names of Women CEOs! I haven't read the book yet, and hope that this is not the case in the book. I would expect better from an IIM student and his co-author. "Chairperson" is politically correct, "Chairwoman" is acceptable, but "Chairman" for a woman is just plain wrong.

The reasons for calling them chairman are explained in the book. Creativity can never be politically correct.
