hello Mr rajdeep is a good journalist tht we should be proud of.one thing its very obious tht we the people generally are hunger of money,evry one of us can do anythng for money.we look for decent jobs for decent salary,likewise people try to strt their own business to make more profits. so my idea here is we should not bring out someone negatively making him moneyminded.

Basic organizational Behavior books say - job satisfaction comes only in comparison to others, that includes salary. So it is nothing strange that someone compares his salary and look for better opportunity. It does not mean he is money minded rather he is looking for job-satisfaction.
