A good article indeed. But why link leadership with MBA? Infact, most of the good entrepreneurs are not MBAs. Eg. Narayana Murthy, Bill Gates, Azim Premji.... I feel that leadership has nothing little to do with formal tranining such as MBAs. In fact some of the top school MBAs are so arrogant and they think they know all, they are least qualifed for becoming a good leader.
