I agree with you, that today Indian case study is not enough, but the case is totaly different today. We have 90% of US basedcase studies. I don't think thats rite. In my openion it needs atleast 40% of Indian case studies & mahabaratha.
The next thing is stress management and networking is not given due importance in the curiculam which finds a strong part of career development in organizations and in making things happen. It needs due attention with practical cases and exposure to the industry practise which will keep them prepared for the initial resistance of senior subordinates in the organizations.

I'm working as a Sr. consultant and persuing my part time MBA from IFMR Chennai, So I can see the real side of its application day in and day out.
