All MBA programs in existence have to be comprehensively changed. In its present form, i think they serve no purpose whatsoever.
The CEOs are probably the most stuck-up, snobbish, sadistic and useless people around. The CEOs of most companies are just interested in their own monetary gains, especially while quitting or being ousted from their jobs (in the form of severance pay).
Most CEOs have absolutely no clue as to what is going on in their company. Although this seems exaggerated, this is the hard truth.
An MBA just increases the snob value of a person and makes him/her apparently more "superior".
Ironically, an overwhelming majority of recruiters of these MBAs dont have one themselves, many of them them not even a basic degree.
At the end of it all, the CEOs, the MBAs and the likes turn out to be the most miserable people. They should ask themselves if it was all worth it.
