The Law enforcers and The Police Personal are far less knowledgable (The constable needs to be just 10 std passed) that .. they can hardly handle such situations. The skill sets of the so called specialised cell to handle cyber crime are a far cry from any respectable standards. As a nation we are failing to stand up to international standards in legal system, and this will affect our economic progress as well. Its TIME that our administrators do some work for the nation as well (apart from their party works).
