We are losing ground to China at this moment, we will have millions unemployed if the clients pull out of the deals. It would be a national crisis as most BPO employees are not good at any other job after they get into customer support and in India no body knows what a customer and why they need support. Indians have dug out a mass grave for themselves to lie down after the clients pull out of the deals. People are trying to make money without pain. It is extremely disappointing act by Indians just because of a few fools whole country is suffering the loss. give them capital punishment. Hang them in their offices so nobody would ever think about cheating or misusing the client's information.
