Some more important factors to sustain democracy- 1.Compulsory Franchise- by all eligible voters. At the same time -elect Panchayat,, Municipal, Legislative, Parliament representatives- Each person will complete the voting only once in year. Any bi election the party who has won will nominate the replacement. Those not voting without proper reason will forego passport, Ration card %u2013can be fined and imprisoned . 2.State funding of Elections- no investment and reaping benefit. 3. Reservation- for all the economically backward people- no caste, religious bar- only once in the life time of the individual- after he/she gets the benefit- (only for education) the person should compete on the grounds of merit for any job or career. No other reservation in promotion or other aspects of social life. Once a person enjoy special privilege on the basis of reservation-his or her future generation are barred from opting for the same- they are deemed to be out of Economic backwardness. 4. Connect all the rivers- Let us stop talking- start doing- Involve Israel and other international %u2013friendly countries- come out with first integration of all the state rivers, then inter state and national rivers.- Funding %u2013 start the planning with non governmental , international , Technology leaders- on the all aspects to get a blue print. Get a referendum done all over the country %u2013 make people accept and participate- Once done %u2013 India will be the major democratic super power
