a) Prime Minister should be elected by people not appointed by dumwit politicians....

b) Chief Minister/Prime Minister post should be allowed only to be occupied by the same person only for 2 times not like Jyoti Basu for 40 yrs

c) Police commissioner should be elected by people and not appointed by any dumbwits..

d) Person standing for election should only represent his consituency and not stand for elections from remote places where people don't know him/her

e) India should adtop strict rules to interpret laws alternate local languages and fund special institutions so that HINGLIGH laws can be understood by ordinary masses..

There A HUGE GAP BETWEEN Consitution that interprets DEMOCRACY and the real world democracy. People are not understanding it 'Cos of communication problem 'Cos its in English..

Even for the so called educated people it's impossible to interpret/understand legal English. So there is no proper way to understand and hence change all BRITISH TIME old laws... The result is that INDIA is a HOJ POJ of loosely coupled states with NO COMMON ETHOS OR A THOUGHT STRUCTURE.. Until the infrastructure to PROVIDE JUSTICE is not fixed DEMOCRACY CANNOT BE IMPLEMENTED AS WRITTEN IN THE CONSTITUTION.

IF ONE CANNOT DE-ELECT THE CORRUPT POLITICIANS THEN THE SYSTEM HAS TO BE SUCH THAT THAT PERSON CANNOT SURVIVE IN THE SYSTEM FOR A LONG TIME.. This is THE ONLY SOLUTION AND RECEIPE FOR SUCCESS...

Remember society is created by the rich. The Middle class and poor people just follow it. So IF RICH PEOPLE don't change the LEGAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THIS COUNTRY NOTRHING IS GOING TO CHANGE. Take the Urban Land Ceiling Act or the Right of way Act. Take the pricing of Sugar canes or take any issue. Unless there is interactive way to change laws THIS COUNTRY IS NEVER EVER GOING TO PROGRESS...
