Five decisions that changed India

One major decision which was taken by India ad made progress is providing Technical education in lkarge scaleand making training centres in public sector units.This has created a large know how bank in India.

which are mostly unemployable.I interview these guys frequently and I am from industry.We are producing junk in nation through fraudulent institutes and junk teachers.We cant evne give them caharacter ,national patriotism and caharacter.the youth is only aftre quick buck and passing exam somehow somewhere.
On top of that India has no R & D base and we are siimply readung books written by western authors.
