According to me Nothing is changed in india and india has no capacity to take any decision which drastically changes anything.. Only drastic (and good) change was braught to india was by Indira gandhi by declaring Emergency as in india democracy is failure...

mr. confused ! to realize the changes you need to go out of it. May be you should be sent to Iran/S. Arabia and you will then notice the significant changes. Seriously !

My dear friend You would not dare to spit on roads in Singapore/Malaysia. You can pass your bowels on Road in India and the others will turn a blind eye. What more freedom do you need my friend. We Indians talk about our rights and not understanding our duty to keep our country clean
