blame game
by PRIYA JOSEPH on Aug 17, 2007 12:23 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

An average urban Indian's prime obsession: MOVIES, MALLS and MONEY(by hook or by crook).

He will not hesitate to buy tickets in black, give bribe for telephone connection, gas connection, evade tax(hmmmmmmmm how many us ask for bills at shops) AND THE BEST PART blame the government for all mess.........Former President APJ Kalam once said the rich in Mumbai walk their dogs on the road and when the dog shits conveniently ignore ..........Hmm own up guys.........

considering all that at 60 we are not bad

It was a fine evening last year perhaps in july. The sun was setting and driven by the soothing breeze I decided to go out and bring a dvd to watch in the night. The shopkeeper sent with me a lad to install the dvd player. When I was driving back to the shop it started raining a little. It was so good to drive my 150 CC in such a time that I told to myselt "wow it's gonna rain tonight I will enjoy it fully". The lad sitting behind me told in a very low voice "plz don't dream for this sir, last night's rain took away my hovel and I and my family had to sit right under the clounds who were drenching us again and again rudely, I have nothing to hold my family tonight". Since then whenever it rains and I take a cup of tea sitting on my porch I enjoy the god's gift dropping but I don't feel it that way now.
