In sex, only aim to get satisfied and satisfy the partner. God has given different biology to male and female viz. male gets excited early and finishes early whereas a woman process is slow, steady and wait. But once both understand and know the technique - no problem. With the passage of time, Husband and wife understand each other well and can have best enjoyment.

If only wife gets excited, husband does not, only orally they can enjoy, which may not satisfy fully to the wife but again understanding plays a big role.
