perfect!!! these media people dont have any other work... does it mean, we shud emulate her fitness regime?... when there are numerous people in the country who are both physically & mentally (unlike monica) fit...

well just shows rediff is so hard up for news tht it gives fitness tips from ex starlets cum jail bird cum wannabe! For gods sake rediff pleaasse spare us!
