Sorry to say so but you need to see the real picture, and what happens in real life. Over delivering on performance is seldom a reason for rewards, recognition and a fair treatment. The truth is that you need to have three great attributes. 1) To do the bidding of your boss 2) Allow your boss to take credit for what you have done leave aside, he being totally ignorant and insecure. 3) Lick Lick Lick and if you have a tongue left and still no self respect lick a little harder.

i got a 25% hike this year. is it good with an IT sector point of view. I was expecting a 40% though. Pl tell me. I am confused.
