never believe in someone else appraising u. people praise or criticize for their selfish narrow motives. be ur own appraiser. setting & meeting self standards is best. dont meet expectations too low or too high (unrealistic) from others. people deliberately keep the bar just too high to get the best out of u. Times they keep it too low to make u beleive u doing wow just so that u feel important in an otherwise stupid job. all gimmicks with too much to show too little substance. we & only we know our worth, be it money be it self respect. demand it & get it!!
